    Storage units are accessible 24/7, 365 days a year unless otherwise specified.

    We require a $200 deposit along with the first month rent to secure your unit. When you vacate the unit the $200 deposit is refunded back to you. If any damage has been caused to the unit this will be deduced from the deposit. If the unit is not cleaned and swept out, we will charge a $50 cleaning fee which is deduced from your deposit.

    Once you have signed up, the contract has been signed and payment has been made, we will send you a welcome email containing the main gate code and some other information. Once you have the gate code you are welcome to enter the facility and access your unit (Remember to bring a padlock!). You don't need to arrange a time with us, however if you would like to meet someone on site to show you to your unit this can be arranged. 

    We do not offer insurance. If you want your goods covered, you can choose to take out insurance through a company of your choice. Most home insurance companies offer to cover personal items stored at a storage facility, so it's worth checking with your home insurance provider. 

    Any goods that are illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, hazardous, environmentally harmful, perishable or that are risk to the property of any person. Chlorine, acid, paint, petrol and lithium batteries (unless in a caravan).

    With self-storage, you provide your own padlock for your unit, and you control who comes and goes. Only those you provide access to will be able to enter.

    Payment can be made via bank transfer or automatic payment using autopay (Ezi-Debit). Just let us know which method you would prefer, and we can assist you in setting it up.
